Em sua resid\u00eancia foi encontrada grande quantidade de muni\u00e7\u00f5es e equipamentos destinados a fabric\u00e1-las, al\u00e9m de armas de fogo.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A a\u00e7\u00e3o policial fez parte da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cTonho Pistoleiro\u201d, coordenada pelo delegado Ramon Queiroz, que culminou com a pris\u00e3o em flagrante delito de Ant\u00f4nio Batista Gon\u00e7alves em sua resid\u00eancia, onde havia suspeita de ocorr\u00eancia de com\u00e9rcio ilegal de armas de fogo. Foram apreendidas, no local, mais de cem muni\u00e7\u00f5es calibre 9mm, considerada de uso restrito, al\u00e9m de muni\u00e7\u00f5es nos calibres 380, 38 e 22. Tamb\u00e9m foram apreendidos um revolver calibre 38. Entre os utens\u00edlios usados na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de muni\u00e7\u00f5es foram encontrados p\u00f3lvora, chumbo e bucha para recarregamento, al\u00e9m de armas brancas.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ant\u00f4nio foi enquadrado pelo crime de Com\u00e9rcio Ilegal de Arma de Fogo (Artigo 17 do Estatuto do Desarmamento), que prev\u00ea pena de quatro a oito anos de reclus\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de pagamento de multa.
