Junto a um comparsa, Gabriel Ribeiro Gon\u00e7alves, ele praticou roubo contra o Pegue Pague Ara\u00fajo Distribuidora, situado no Parque Eldorado Oeste. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif,serif;\">Gabriel fora preso em flagrante no meso dia em que o crime foi praticado. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif,serif;\">M<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif,serif;\">\u00e1rcio<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif,serif;\"> Ant\u00f4nio foi investigado e indiciado pela pr\u00e1tica de Roubo Qualificado (Artigo 157, Par\u00e1grafo 2<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif,serif;\">\u00ba<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Serif,serif;\"> do C\u00f3digo Penal Brasileiro) por ter empregado arma de fogo, por ter agido em companhia de um comparsa (concurso de crimes) e por restringir a liberdade ds v\u00edtimas.
