Policiais do Grupo de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Homic\u00eddios (GIH) de Novo Gama cumpriram, no dia 29 de julho, mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o expedido em desfavor da menor APNV, investigada pela pr\u00e1tica de ato infracional an\u00e1logo ao crime de homic\u00eddio qualificado, ocorrido em 24 de fevereiro do corrente ano, no bairro Jardim Lago Azul, naquele munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n
De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a menor praticou o aludido ato infracional na companhia de seu namorado, Yanne Barbosa, que j\u00e1 se encontra preso tamb\u00e9m pelo GIH de Novo Gama, em raz\u00e3o da pr\u00e1tica de crime de homic\u00eddio e tr\u00e1fico de drogas naquele munic\u00edpio.
