Os policiais civis Claine James, Valdeci Moreira, Francisco Bezerra, Eduardo Bastos e Avelino Hebio, coordenados pelo delegado Danillo Martins, lotados na Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Novo Gama prenderam em flagrante Leandro Estevao Machado de Souza, por conduzir ve\u00edculo automotor sob efeito de \u00e1lcool. Por volta das 11 horas, do dia 03 de agosto, compareceu na DP de Novo Gama uma testemunha informando sobre a colis\u00e3o de dois ve\u00edculos, na GO 520, nas proximidades daquela unidade policial, e que o motorista do ve\u00edculo que deu causa ao acidente apresentava evidentes sinais de embriaguez.<\/p>\n
Diante das informa\u00e7\u00f5es, a equipe, composta pelos policiais acima citados, deslocou ao local dos fatos. Leandro foi\u00a0 identificado pelos policiais como um dos condutores dos ve\u00edculos envolvidos. Ele apresentava fala desconexa e andar cambaleante.
