De acordo com o que comprovaram as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, os menores I.F.P.B. e R.R.V.P., ambos com 15 anos de idade, invadiram o im\u00f3vel e, ap\u00f3s arrombar a janela, subtra\u00edram o ve\u00edculo. Ap\u00f3s as dilig\u00eancias, os agentes lograram \u00eaxito em localizar a mobilete na casa do menor R.R.V.P., que j\u00e1 estava desmontando o ve\u00edculo, com a finalidade de mudar suas caracter\u00edsticas. Diante dos fatos, nos termos do Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente, foi lavrado Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia Circunstanciado em desfavor dos menores por ato infracional an\u00e1logo ao descrito no Art. 155, do C\u00f3digo Penal.
