De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, Hugo, em concurso com outros elementos, teria participado da subtra\u00e7\u00e3o da quantia de R$ 50 mil, transportado por uma funcion\u00e1ria do Banco Bradesco, da cidade de Jussara para Santa. Na ocasi\u00e3o, o carro em que a banc\u00e1ria estava,\u00a0a servi\u00e7o da pr\u00f3pria institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira, foi parado a tiros, na rodovia.
