Segundo o delegado Danilo Martins, o menor, considerado de alta periculosidade, confessou os delitos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o primeiro desses crimes atribu\u00eddos ao suspeito aconteceu em fevereiro de 2016, quando o adolescente confundiu a v\u00edtima com um desafeto e efetuou diversos disparos de arma de fogo. A v\u00edtima n\u00e3o morreu, mas ainda hoje passa por tratamento m\u00e9dico, correndo o risco de ficar parapl\u00e9gica. Em outro crime, em abril de 2016, o menor matou Gilmar Braga, por desentendimentos ocasionados por suposta d\u00edvida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Noutra investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, as provas apontam que I.M.M.M e outro comparsa renderam as v\u00edtimas Eduardo Vin\u00edcius S. Lopes, Gabriel Ter\u00eancio e Ant\u00f4nio Ferreira, contra os quais efetuaram diversos disparos de arma de fogo. Os autores ainda acertaram golpes com pedra na cabe\u00e7a de Eduardo, que faleceu no local.
