De acordo com o delegado Ivaldo Gomes de Mendon\u00e7a, os investigadores tinham informa\u00e7\u00f5es de que Marcos Vinicius Campos Pedrosa e Wesley Ferreira Gomes estavam em um Ford\/Ka buscando entorpecentes em Goi\u00e2nia. Assim, foi organizada uma abordagem aos criminosos na rodovia, pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 cidade de Itabera\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ao perceber a presen\u00e7a da Pol\u00edcia Civil, a dupla tentou fugir. Houve troca de tiros e Marcos foi alvejado. Durante a persegui\u00e7\u00e3o os traficantes abandonaram o ve\u00edculo e a droga, mas foram localizados e presos: &#8220;Tivemos o apoio de policiais civis e militares de Itabera\u00ed na localiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos dois&#8221;, contou Ivaldo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marcos foi encaminhado ao hospital, medicado e liberado.
