A dupla \u00e9 acusada de participar do latroc\u00ednio tentado contra o idoso Jos\u00e9 Ot\u00e1vio, no dia 24 de abril.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, Andr\u00e9 e e Marcelo Alves Damas entraram na casa do idoso, com o objetivo de roubar objetos da v\u00edtima. Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o, o idoso foi esfaqueado na regi\u00e3o do pesco\u00e7o e punho. Um vizinho ouviu gritos de Jos\u00e9 Ot\u00e1vio e acionou a Pol\u00edcia Militar, que prendeu Marcelo em flagrante, momentos depois de ele deixar o local do crime.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Andr\u00e9 fugiu do local, mas foi visto e reconhecido pela mesma testemunha que visualizou Marcelo deixando o local com as m\u00e3os e roupas sujas de sangue. A v\u00edtima foi socorrida pelo Samu. Durante as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a Pol\u00edcia Civil comprovou que Deivid auxiliou a dupla na empreitada e que, provavelmente, seria beneficiada com parte dos objetos subtra\u00eddos da casa da v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o, o idoso foi esfaqueado na regi\u00e3o do pesco\u00e7o e punho.
