Com o investigado, que inicialmente foi abordado em via p\u00fablica, foi encontrada uma pistola Taurus 765, municiada com nove muni\u00e7\u00f5es do mesmo calibre. Durante cumprimento de mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o domiciliar em sua resid\u00eancia, foram encontradas ainda uma muni\u00e7\u00e3o calibre .12, uma muni\u00e7\u00e3o calibre .22 e uma por\u00e7\u00e3o de coca\u00edna.
