A pris\u00e3o ocorreu ap\u00f3s den\u00fancia de que o oficial estaria solicitando vantagem patrimonial indevida da parte passiva de um processo execu\u00e7\u00e3o, que tramita junto ao f\u00f3rum daquele munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com a denunciante, Alan teria solicitado o valor de R$ 5 mil para que a beneficiasse, fornecendo informa\u00e7\u00f5es privilegiadas sobre o processo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o, de modo a facilitar a oculta\u00e7\u00e3o de bens que pudessem vir a ser objeto de constri\u00e7\u00e3o judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sentindo-se pressionada, a denunciante alega ter repassado R$ 2.500 ao oficial de justi\u00e7a no dia 8 de mar\u00e7o e teria ficado de repassar a quantia restante no dia seguinte, quando procurou a Pol\u00edcia Civil para o registrar o fato.
