Ele e mais dois irm\u00e3os menores, A.L.M. de 15 anos e A.L.M. de 13 anos, tentavam subtrair<br \/>\nmotocicletas do p\u00e1tio da delegacia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A aud\u00e1cia do bando esbarrou na ast\u00facia dos policiais civis. Ap\u00f3s suspeitarem da movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, os policiais montaram uma campana e visualizaram os tr\u00eas suspeitos na pr\u00e1tica do ato delituoso. Eles tentaram fugir, mas foram capturados\u00a0pelos dois policiais civis. Duas motocicletas j\u00e1 haviam sido retiradas da delegacia, mas foram recuperadas. Contra os menores foi registrado um Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia Circunstanciado por ato infracional an\u00e1logo ao crime de tentativa de furto.
