O acusado n\u00e3o aceitava o fim do relacionamento amoroso com a ex-namorada, S.M.S., de 24 anos, e a amea\u00e7ava de morte continuamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com a delegada Fernanda Lima, a\u00a0v\u00edtima estava gr\u00e1vida do autor e chegou a registrar tr\u00eas boletins de ocorr\u00eancia em apenas cinco meses. Depois de ser preso, o acusado fez uso do seu direito ao sil\u00eancio e foi conduzido \u00e0 Casa de Pris\u00e3o Provis\u00f3ria.
