Na ocasi\u00e3o, foram cumpridos quatro mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva de pessoas investigadas por crimes relacionados a abusos sexuais contra crian\u00e7as e adolescentes. Tamb\u00e9m foram cumpridos tr\u00eas mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o nos endere\u00e7os dos investigados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tr\u00eas inqu\u00e9ritos policiais haviam sido instaurados para apurar os crimes de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel (art. 217-A) e estupro qualificado (art. 213, par\u00e1grafo primeiro), ambos os crimes previstos no c\u00f3digo penal. O delegado de Caiap\u00f4nia, Marlon Souza Luz, diante das circunst\u00e2ncias dos fatos investigados, representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva dos envolvidos, pedidos deferidos imediatamente pela Ju\u00edza da comarca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil n\u00e3o divulgou os nomes dos investigados presos na opera\u00e7\u00e3o, por entender que, de certa forma, a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o poderia expor as v\u00edtimas, e, sobretudo, pelo fato dos inqu\u00e9ritos tramitarem sob sigilo.
