O valor da mercadoria \u00e9 de cerca de R$ 200 mil de base de c\u00e1lculo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O motorista do caminh\u00e3o foi surpreendido pelos fiscais, pol\u00edcias civil e militar, quando descarregava a mercadoria em um dep\u00f3sito pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 BR-153, em Aparecida de Goi\u00e2nia. A delegada Tatyane Gon\u00e7alves Cruvinel afirmou que o motorista j\u00e1 foi ouvido, bem como o propriet\u00e1rio da empresa. De acordo com Tatyane o motorista alegou que houve erro na emiss\u00e3o da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">O motorista pode responder por crime contra a ordem tribut\u00e1ria e ser condenado de dois a cinco anos de reclus\u00e3o.
