Ele \u00e9 investigado pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, praticado contra sua sobrinha, L.O.R., de apenas 12 anos de idade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo o delegado respons\u00e1vel pelo caso, Maur\u00edcio Passerini, a menor relatou-lhe que vinha sofrendo a viol\u00eancia sexual h\u00e1 aproximadamente dois meses. Nesse per\u00edodo, segundo a pr\u00f3pria v\u00edtima, os estupros ocorriam quase que diariamente. Ela narrou, ainda, ao delegado, que o tio praticava os atos libidinosos, quando ela estava sozinha em casa.
