Em desfavor de Lucas, haviam dois mandados de pris\u00e3o preventiva em aberto, um da comarca de An\u00e1polis e outro da comarca de Itapaci.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os dois mandados s\u00e3o decorrentes da pr\u00e1tica delitiva do crime de roubo. Lucas tem passagem pelos crimes de posse de arma de fogo de uso permitido, roubo majorado, tentativa de latroc\u00ednio, amea\u00e7a, les\u00e3o corporal e perturba\u00e7\u00e3o da\u00a0tranquilidade.
