O acusado descumpriu as medidas protetivas que o impediam de manter contato com a v\u00edtima e determinavam o afastamento do lar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo a v\u00edtima, as brigas no \u00e2mbito dom\u00e9stico s\u00e3o constantes, e dizem respeito, sobretudo, \u00e0 propriedade da casa em que residem.
