O fato aconteceu em uma fazenda usada para retirada de carv\u00e3o na regi\u00e3o entre Flores e S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o da Alian\u00e7a. Na ocasi\u00e3o, Jo\u00e3o Rodrigues de Menezes foi alvejado por disparos de arma de fogo quando estava chegando em sua resid\u00eancia, juntamente com um amigo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com uma testemunha, o atirador saiu encapuzado de tr\u00e1s do barraco e surpreendeu a v\u00edtima. Ap\u00f3s investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, se apresentou na Delegacia de Alto Para\u00edso Nelton Alves de Macedo, autor dos disparos. Interrogado pelo delegado respons\u00e1vel pelo, Cristiom\u00e1rio Medeiros, Nelton admitiu os disparos, por\u00e9m alegou leg\u00edtima defesa.
