A den\u00fancia foi feita pela pr\u00f3pria filha. Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es da v\u00edtima, o autor estaria amea\u00e7ando-a com arma de fogo, e mantinha sua m\u00e3e em c\u00e1rcere privado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil j\u00e1 estava investigando Marinho por comercializar armas e muni\u00e7\u00f5es. Na busca realizada em sua resid\u00eancia, os policiais civis localizaram uma espingarda calibre 28, um rifle um calibres 22, um carregador com sete muni\u00e7\u00f5es calibre 22, diversas muni\u00e7\u00f5es de calibre 38, 32, 22, e alguns coldres.
