Opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada em parceria com Sefaz<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta entre os auditores da Secretaria de Estado da Fazenda (Sefaz) e da Delegacia de Crimes Contra Ordem Tribut\u00e1ria (DOT), realizada no dia 1\u00ba de junho, prendeu, em flagrante, tr\u00eas gerentes de restaurantes em Goi\u00e2nia por crime tribut\u00e1rio, cometido com uso irregular de POS (Point of Sale), que s\u00e3o m\u00e1quinas utilizadas em transa\u00e7\u00f5es com cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m das pris\u00f5es, foram cumpridos quatro mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o teve como focos restaurantes com ind\u00edcios de sonega\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal. Estabelecimentos investigados podem ter desviado, nos \u00faltimos dois anos, cerca de R$ 3 milh\u00f5es neste esquema fraudulento.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Sefaz, a fraude ocorria quando os restaurantes emitiam notas fiscais apenas aos clientes que solicitavam ou quando o estabelecimento emitia o documento em nome de terceiros.<\/p>\n

Em entrevista ao Jornal O Hoje, a delegada titular da DOT, Adriana Ribeiro, explicou que este de crime \u00e9 comum: \u201cS\u00e3o pr\u00e1ticas di\u00e1rias de sonega\u00e7\u00e3o. O consumidor deve ficar sempre atento, pois as notas fiscais devem ser, de acordo com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, emitida no nome da empresa e n\u00e3o de terceiros. Qualquer princ\u00edpio de fraude, o cidad\u00e3o deve comunicar \u00e0 pol\u00edcia\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n

Ainda segundo a delegada, os gerentes presos foram encaminhados \u00e0 DOT e est\u00e3o \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a. \u201cEssas pessoas est\u00e3o sujeitas \u00e0 pena de cinco anos, e o crime \u00e9 inafian\u00e7\u00e1vel\u201d, destacou Adriana Ribeiro, que n\u00e3o n\u00e3o p\u00f4de divulgar o nomes dos estabelecimentos envolvidos nos crimes. A delegada informou tamb\u00e9m que ser\u00e3o realizadas v\u00e1rias opera\u00e7\u00f5es nesse sentido, em parceria com o fisco goiano, pois outros estabelecimentos de Goi\u00e1s est\u00e3o cometendo o mesmo crime.<\/p>\n
