F.B.S. chamou a v\u00edtima para fumar maconha<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Policiais civis do Grupo de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Homic\u00eddios (GIH) de Novo Gama apreenderam, no dia 20 de maio de 2015, o menor F.B.S., de 15 anos de idade, vulgo “P\u00e3o de Queijo”, em cumprimento a um Mandado de Busca e Apreens\u00e3o, em que ele \u00e9 investigado como autor de ato infracional, equiparado ao crime de homic\u00eddio qualificado, ocorrido em 31 de janeiro de 2015, no bairro Boa Vista, naquele munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, ap\u00f3s se desentender com a v\u00edtima, M.A.M.S., de 17 anos, o menor infrator decidiu mat\u00e1-la. Valendo-se do pretexto de fazer uso de maconha, F.B.S. convidou a v\u00edtima para ir at\u00e9 um local ermo, momento em que sacou um rev\u00f3lver calibre 38 e efetuou quatros disparos fatais.<\/p>\n

O menor infrator j\u00e1 foi apreendido por ato infracional an\u00e1logo ao crime de roubo e, em julho de 2014, chegou a ser apreendido por efetuar disparos de arma de fogo contra a guarni\u00e7\u00e3o do Grupo de Patrulhamento T\u00e1tico (GPT) da Pol\u00edcia Militar.
