A delegada respons\u00e1vel pelo caso, Poliana Bergamo, informou que o acusado foi autuado pelos crimes de les\u00e3o corporal qualificada pela viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, inj\u00faria e amea\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Foi arbitrada fian\u00e7a no valor de R$ 3 mil. \u201cA fian\u00e7a possui efeito pedag\u00f3gico, punitivo e preventivo, como forma de coibir a viol\u00eancia contra mulher.
