Ele estava foragido do sistema prisional, onde cumpria pena por recepta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u00e1 no regime semiaberto, Jos\u00e9 Luiz deixou de comparecer ao pres\u00eddio de Niquel\u00e2ndia, vindo a se esconder na zona rural. Uma den\u00fancia an\u00f4nima levou os policiais do GENARC at\u00e9 o local.
