Consta nos autos do processo criminal que em 4 de novembro de 1995, no Bairro Recanto do Sol, em An\u00e1polis, Manoel desferiu tiros de rev\u00f3lver contra a v\u00edtima J.A.R., causando-lhe a morte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ap\u00f3s o tramite processual, Manoel foi condenado a 12 anos em regime fechado pelo crime de homic\u00eddio duplamente qualificado.
