O Mandado de Pris\u00e3o \u00e9 decorrente de um homic\u00eddio ocorrido em 1998, cuja v\u00edtima foi Aredizon Teixeira, de 55 anos. De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o motivo do homic\u00eddio foi uma d\u00edvida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00e9lio teria ido at\u00e9 a casa de Aredizon para cobrar uma d\u00edvida de empr\u00e9stimo, mas Aredizon se negou a pagar. Irritado, C\u00e9lio disparou tr\u00eas vezes contra a devedor. Ele chegou a ficar preso ap\u00f3s o crime, mas obteve benef\u00edcio de liberdade e fugiu. Segundo o delegado Rilmo Braga, o acusado permaneceu por alguns anos em Minas Gerais.
