De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, Macilon teria dado fuga ao filho. Ele ainda foi autuado por porte ilegal de arma de fogo e recepta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, os policiais do GIH, apoiados por equipe da Delegacia de Apura\u00e7\u00e3o de Atos Infracionais (DEPAI) daquele munic\u00edpio, foram at\u00e9 a casa do menor a fim de apreend\u00ea-lo e localizar a arma utilizada no crime, supostamente, um rev\u00f3lver calibre 38.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante as buscas na casa, franqueada pelo pai do menor, os policiais localizaram cinco aparelhos de som automotivo, dois alto falantes de grave, uma bateria de alta amperagem e outros objetos de origem criminosa, al\u00e9m de uma carabina, calibre 44 e muni\u00e7\u00f5es calibres 38 e 44, al\u00e9m de uma espingarda de press\u00e3o, com luneta.
