Em novembro, ele j\u00e1 havia sido indiciado por posse de armas e muni\u00e7\u00f5es e tr\u00e1fico de drogas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com o Delegado Gylson Mariano, na circunst\u00e2ncia anterior, agentes da DENARC apreenderam muni\u00e7\u00f5es de uso permitido e de uso restrito, balan\u00e7a de precis\u00e3o e crack na casa de Hyago. Na ocasi\u00e3o, ele n\u00e3o foi encontrado, mas se apresentou \u00e0 delegacia, dias depois, acompanhado de advogado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No dia 28 de janeiro, os policiais da DENARC descobriram que Hyago havia se mudado e levantaram a informa\u00e7\u00e3o de que ele estaria circulando armado pelo Residencial Paulo Pacheco, em Goi\u00e2nia. Diante das suspeitas, os investigadores foram at\u00e9 a nova resid\u00eancia de Hyago e o flagraram com um rev\u00f3lver. Na casa, os agentes tamb\u00e9m encontraram uma pequena quantidade de maconha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo Gylson Mariano, o preso n\u00e3o pagou a fian\u00e7a e est\u00e1 recolhido na carceragem da Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es de Homic\u00eddios (DIH). &#8220;As circunst\u00e2ncias do caso indicam a periculosidade do preso, por isso o valor arbitrado como fian\u00e7a foi mais elevado&#8221;, explicou.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Policiais civis da Delegacia Estadual de Repress\u00e3o a Narc\u00f3ticos (DENARC) prenderam, no dia 28 de janeiro, Hyago Oliveira Martins.
