De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, em 2005, ele foi condenado pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio de Inhumas \u00e0 pena de cinco anos e oito meses em regime semi-aberto pela pr\u00e1tica de roubo com arma de fogo. H\u00e9lio cumpriu apenas quatro meses da pena e encontrava-se foragido do sistema prisional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diante dos fatos, foi expedido pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio de Inhumas o Mandado de Pris\u00e3o Definitiva em desfavor de H\u00e9lio, para que o mesmo fosse recapturado e, por conseguinte, iniciasse o cumprimento do restante de sua pena, em regime fechado. Ap\u00f3s trabalho de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, os policiais do CAOP encontraram H\u00e9lio em An\u00e1polis.
