Pai da menina Kerolly \u00e9 preso em Aparecida<\/span> – Os policiais civis Venerando J\u00fanior e Paulo Rodrigues, lotados no Grupo de Capturas e Apoio Operacional (CAOP) da 2\u00aa Delegacia Regional de Pol\u00edcia (DRP), em Aparecida de Goi\u00e2nia, prenderam, no dia 10 de novembro, na Vila Maria, Aparecida de Goi\u00e2nia, o serralheiro Sinomar Firmino Lopes, de 38 anos.<\/p>\n

O Juiz da 4\u00aa Vara Criminal de Aparecida de Goi\u00e2nia, Leonardo Fleury Curado Dias, expediu Mandado de Pris\u00e3o para execu\u00e7\u00e3o de pena em desfavor de Sinomar em raz\u00e3o do mesmo ter sido condenado em processo existente naquela vara, por ter praticado crime de les\u00e3o corporal e amea\u00e7a (arts. 129 \u00a7 9o e 147 do CPB \u2013 Maria da Penha), em 2008.<\/p>\n

Sinomar foi preso e encaminhado para a Casa de Pris\u00e3o Provis\u00f3ria (CPP), onde dever\u00e1 dar in\u00edcio ao cumprimento da pena imposta. O preso se tornou conhecido por ter se envolvido em discuss\u00e3o na qual sua filha, Kerolly Alves Lopes, de 11 anos de idade, acabou sendo v\u00edtima de homic\u00eddio, ao tentar defender o pai, em abril de 2013.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
