Ele \u00e9 acusado de porte ilegal de arma de fogo, crime que pode ter pena de at\u00e9 quatro anos de deten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, conduzidas pelo delegado Rog\u00e9rio Moreira da Silva, a pris\u00e3o ocorreu ap\u00f3s den\u00fancia de que Gesmar teria ostentado armamentos em eventos festivos ocorridos em seu estabelecimento comercial, denominado Rancho da Prainha, \u00e0s marges do Rio Parana\u00edba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo o delegado, o GEPATRI representou por mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o no local, visando apurar os fatos.
