A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio da 5\u00aa Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Aparecida de Goi\u00e2nia \u2013 2\u00aa DRP, cumpriu nesta segunda-feira (19), dois mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o no munic\u00edpio, durante opera\u00e7\u00e3o que investiga a pr\u00e1tica de estelionato por meio do golpe do falso advogado.<\/p>\n
De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, os suspeitos se passavam por advogados e informavam falsamente \u00e0s v\u00edtimas que haviam obtido \u00eaxito em a\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais. Sob o pretexto de liberar supostos valores a receber, os investigados obtinham dados de cart\u00f5es banc\u00e1rios e induziam as v\u00edtimas a cadastrar chaves PIX e realizar transfer\u00eancias banc\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n
Durante o cumprimento das ordens judiciais, foram apreendidos dispositivos eletr\u00f4nicos e outros objetos que ser\u00e3o submetidos \u00e0 an\u00e1lise para auxiliar no aprofundamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, na identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de outros poss\u00edveis envolvidos e no esclarecimento dos fatos.<\/p>\n
