A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio da 2\u00aa Delegacia Distrital de Pol\u00edcia de Aparecida de Goi\u00e2nia – 2\u00aa DRP, cumpriu mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva hoje (11) em desfavor de investigado por crime de estelionato. <\/span>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s a v\u00edtima relatar que um motorista de aplicativo, sob o pretexto de auxili\u00e1-la no pagamento da corrida via Pix, acessou seu celular e inseriu valor muito superior ao devido, induzindo-a a confirmar a transa\u00e7\u00e3o fraudulenta com sua pr\u00f3pria senha banc\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n

No curso das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o investigado foi intimado, por\u00e9m n\u00e3o compareceu para prestar declara\u00e7\u00f5es na delegacia e n\u00e3o foi localizado para prestar esclarecimentos.<\/span> Durante as dilig\u00eancias, foi verificada a exist\u00eancia de mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva decretado contra ele, em outro procedimento criminal, tamb\u00e9m pelo delito de estelionato a que responde. A equipe policial efetuou novas dilig\u00eancias, at\u00e9 localizar e prender agora o investigado. <\/span>O preso encontra-se \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio para os tr\u00e2mites legais.<\/span><\/p>\n
