O gado havia sido localizado em uma fazenda situada no limite entre os munic\u00edpios de Nova Crix\u00e1s e Mozarl\u00e2ndia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O caso chegou ao conhecimento da Pol\u00edcia Civil na \u00faltima sexta-feira (08), inicialmente registrado como estelionato envolvendo a venda de semoventes. Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, os animais foram retirados da propriedade rural ap\u00f3s a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de um comprovante falso de transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assim que tomou conhecimento dos fatos, a Delegacia de Nova Crix\u00e1s entrou em contato com o propriet\u00e1rio dos animais e iniciou dilig\u00eancias investigativas e operacionais, que resultaram na r\u00e1pida localiza\u00e7\u00e3o do rebanho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontam que o caso se trata de estelionato na modalidade conhecida como \u201cgolpe do falso intermedi\u00e1rio\u201d. Nesse tipo de crime, comprador e vendedor s\u00e3o induzidos a acreditar que est\u00e3o realizando uma excelente transa\u00e7\u00e3o comercial.
