{"id":194304,"date":"2026-04-28T10:11:09","date_gmt":"2026-04-28T13:11:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goias.gov.br\/policiacivil\/?p=194304"},"modified":"2026-04-28T10:11:09","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T13:11:09","slug":"pcgo-atua-na-operacao-protecao-integral-iv-e-prende-investigado-por-crime-cibernetico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goias.gov.br\/policiacivil\/pcgo-atua-na-operacao-protecao-integral-iv-e-prende-investigado-por-crime-cibernetico\/","title":{"rendered":"PCGO atua na Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Integral IV e prende investigado por crime cibern\u00e9tico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio da Delegacia Estadual de Repress\u00e3o a Crimes Cibern\u00e9ticos (Dercc), deu cumprimento, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (28), a um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada \u00e0 venda de material de explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual infantil na internet, ocorrido na cidade de Goi\u00e2nia\/GO.<\/p>\n<p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 decorrente de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apurou a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o e o armazenamento de arquivos contendo imagens e v\u00eddeos de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de abuso sexual.<br \/>\nDiante da robustez dos elementos colhidos na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, foi deferida medida cautelar de busca e apreens\u00e3o, al\u00e9m da quebra telem\u00e1tica de aparelhos eletr\u00f4nicos, objetivando o aprofundamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>No cumprimento da ordem judicial, os policiais civis lograram \u00eaxito em localizar, no telefone celular do investigado, arquivos contendo cenas pornogr\u00e1ficas envolvendo crian\u00e7as, armazenados na mem\u00f3ria de aplicativo no referido dispositivo.<\/p>\n<p>Em raz\u00e3o dos elementos de prova angariados, foi formalizado o Auto de Pris\u00e3o em Flagrante do autor pela pr\u00e1tica do crime previsto no artigo 241-B do Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente.<\/p>\n<p>O telefone celular apreendido ser\u00e1 submetido \u00e0 an\u00e1lise pericial, com a finalidade de subsidiar integralmente a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada no \u00e2mbito da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Integral IV, desenvolvida de forma integrada com a Pol\u00edcia Federal, a qual promoveu o cumprimento de mandados judiciais em todas as unidades da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o.<strong><\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>PCGO: investigar para proteger \ud83d\ude94<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-194304 gallery-columns-3 gallery-size-thumbnail'><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon portrait'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/goias.gov.br\/policiacivil\/pcgo-atua-na-operacao-protecao-integral-iv-e-prende-investigado-por-crime-cibernetico\/feed-instagram-tamanho-correto-2026-04-28t100211-550\/'><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/goias.gov.br\/policiacivil\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/71\/2026\/04\/FEED-INSTAGRAM-TAMANHO-CORRETO-2026-04-28T100211.550-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio da Delegacia Estadual de Repress\u00e3o a Crimes Cibern\u00e9ticos (Dercc), deu cumprimento, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (28), a um mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada \u00e0 venda de material de explora\u00e7\u00e3o sexual infantil na internet, ocorrido na cidade de Goi\u00e2nia\/GO.
