{"id":176821,"date":"2026-03-11T11:20:29","date_gmt":"2026-03-11T14:20:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goias.gov.br\/policiacivil\/?p=176821"},"modified":"2026-03-11T11:20:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-11T14:20:29","slug":"operacao-metaxis-pcgo-cumpre-mandados-em-investigacao-sobre-adulteracao-de-veiculos-em-anapolis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goias.gov.br\/policiacivil\/operacao-metaxis-pcgo-cumpre-mandados-em-investigacao-sobre-adulteracao-de-veiculos-em-anapolis\/","title":{"rendered":"Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Metaxis: PCGO cumpre mandados em investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos em An\u00e1polis"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por, meio do Grupo Especial de Repress\u00e3o a Narc\u00f3ticos (Genarc) de An\u00e1polis, vinculado ao Grupo Especial de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (Geic)de An\u00e1polis \u2013 3\u00aa DRP, deflagrou, nesta quarta-feira (11), a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cMetaxis\u201d, dando cumprimento a 02 mandados judiciais de busca e apreens\u00e3o relacionados a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o que apura a atua\u00e7\u00e3o de grupo criminoso especializado na pr\u00e1tica de adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de sinal identificador de ve\u00edculo automotor. Os mandados judiciais foram cumpridos em dois condom\u00ednios residenciais na cidade de An\u00e1polis, locais vinculados \u00e0s apura\u00e7\u00f5es conduzidas pela Pol\u00edcia Civil.<br><br>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s informa\u00e7\u00f5es que indicavam a exist\u00eancia de ve\u00edculo com sinais identificadores adulterados, cuja identifica\u00e7\u00e3o real divergia daquela ostentada nas placas. Dilig\u00eancias investigativas e an\u00e1lises preliminares permitiram constatar inconsist\u00eancias nos elementos identificadores do ve\u00edculo, apontando ind\u00edcios da pr\u00e1tica do crime previsto no art. 311 do C\u00f3digo Penal, consistente na adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de sinal identificador de ve\u00edculo automotor.<br><br>No curso da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m foram identificados elementos indicativos de reitera\u00e7\u00e3o da conduta e poss\u00edvel atua\u00e7\u00e3o especializada na modifica\u00e7\u00e3o de sinais identificadores veiculares, circunst\u00e2ncias que motivaram a representa\u00e7\u00e3o pelas medidas cautelares de busca e apreens\u00e3o, posteriormente deferidas pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<br><br>As dilig\u00eancias t\u00eam como objetivo a apreens\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos, placas, ferramentas, documentos e demais objetos relacionados \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica criminosa, al\u00e9m da coleta de novos elementos de prova para o completo esclarecimento dos fatos e identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de eventuais outros envolvidos.<br><br>A Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Metaxis integra as a\u00e7\u00f5es permanentes da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s voltadas ao combate \u00e0 adultera\u00e7\u00e3o e clonagem de ve\u00edculos, pr\u00e1tica criminosa frequentemente associada a outras infra\u00e7\u00f5es penais e que gera preju\u00edzos
