A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio do Grupo Especial de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (Geic) de Trindade \u2013 16\u00aa DRP, deflagrou ontem (27) opera\u00e7\u00e3o e cumpriu mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o resultou na pris\u00e3o em flagrante de uma mulher pelo crime de <\/span>comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal de produtos terap\u00eauticos. <\/span>A a\u00e7\u00e3o decorreu de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em curso e foi desencadeada tendo como objetivo apurar a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o, exposi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 venda e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o em dep\u00f3sito de produtos destinados a fins terap\u00eauticos ou medicinais sem registro junto \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (Anvisa). Tais vendas eram realizadas atrav\u00e9s de redes sociais.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante o cumprimento da ordem judicial, a equipe do Geic localizou grande quantidade de subst\u00e2ncias, insumos e produtos popularmente conhecidos como \u201cgarrafadas\u201d, bem como frascos prontos para comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o, todos desprovidos de registro, notifica\u00e7\u00e3o ou autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o sanit\u00e1ria, circunst\u00e2ncia que caracterizou a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de flagr\u00e2ncia. <\/span>O material apreendido foi devidamente acondicionado e permanecer\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n
