Central de Flagrantes e Pronto Atendimento ao Cidad\u00e3o de Goi\u00e2nia \u2013 1\u00aa DRP, tomou conhecimento de que um aparelho celular da marca Apple, modelo iPhone 13, cor Starlight, objeto de furto praticado por associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa durante show da dupla Henrique e Juliano, realizado no estacionamento do Est\u00e1dio Serra Dourada, em Goi\u00e2nia\/GO, no dia 5 de maio de 2025, estaria sendo utilizado na cidade de Vila Velha, no Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o registro da ocorr\u00eancia, a v\u00edtima informou que o aparelho foi violado, sendo realizadas diversas movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras indevidas, incluindo um empr\u00e9stimo no valor de R$ 693,33 e outro no valor de R$ 3.810,99, dos quais resultaram saques e transfer\u00eancias via PIX, sendo uma no valor de R$ 381 e outra no valor de R$ 4 mil, ocasionando preju\u00edzo financeiro.<\/p>\n<p>De posse das informa\u00e7\u00f5es, a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s alinhou dilig\u00eancias com a Pol\u00edcia Civil do Esp\u00edrito Santo, logrando \u00eaxito em localizar o aparelho e identificar a pessoa que estava em sua posse.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a abordagem, ap\u00f3s entrevistas e dilig\u00eancias preliminares, apurou-se que o celular teria sido adquirido em uma loja de aparelhos telef\u00f4nicos na cidade de Vila Velha\/ES, mediante pagamento de valor compat\u00edvel com o bem, o que, em tese, indicaria a boa-f\u00e9 do possuidor.<\/p>\n<p>Diante dos elementos colhidos, a Autoridade Policial do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo entendeu tratar-se de conduta que demanda apura\u00e7\u00e3o mais aprofundada, procedendo \u00e0 apreens\u00e3o do aparelho e \u00e0 formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do procedimento policial cab\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PCGO:
