A Polícia Civil de Goiás, por meio da Central de Flagrante e Pronto Atendimento ao Cidadão de Goiânia – 1ª DRP, tomou conhecimento por meio de notícia crime, neste domingo (25), de que um homem teria danificado a casa de seu companheiro com uso de violência e grave ameaça, bem como extorquido seu companheiro sob ameaça de morte. Ato contínuo, a equipe deslocou – se até  <\/span>a residência onde o autor poderia ser encontrado, e por estarem presentes as circunstâncias  <\/span>flagranciais,  <\/span>deram voz de prisão ao suposto autor.<\/p>\n

Durante a abordagem, o autor dos fatos passou a chamar a equipe Policial composta pelo Delegado e mais dois Policiais Civis de Vagabundos e ameaçou a equipe dizendo que “iria fuder com a vida dos Agentes Públicos”, alegando que eles não sabiam com quem estava lidando.<\/p>\n

Diante dos fatos, o homem foi o conduzido para a Central de Flagrantes, onde foi imputado ao conduzido a prática das condutas de danificar coisa alheia mediante grave ameaça,  <\/span>exigir mediante grave ameaça vantagem econômica em prejuízo alheio, ofender a integridade física de alguém no âmbito doméstico e familiar, desacatar funcionário público no exercício da função e desobedecer ordem legal expedida por agente público, tipos penais previstos nos artigos 163 parágrafo único, inciso I, 158, 129 parágrafo 9°, 329 e 331, todos do Código Penal Brasileiro.<\/p>\n

Após formalização do procedimento, o autor dos fatos foi recolhido à cela da Central de Flagrante e colocado a disposição do Poder Judiciário para ser submetido à audiência de custódia. <\/span><\/p>\n
