A Polícia Civil de Goiás, por meio da Delegacia Estadual de Capturas (Decap), cumpriu, na última quarta-feira (22), mandado de prisão definitiva expedido pela Vara Única da Comarca de Peixe\/TO, em desfavor de um homem condenado pelo crime de homicídio qualificado (art. 121, § 2º, do Código Penal).<\/p>\n

A ordem judicial refere-se a condenação definitiva à pena de 14 anos de reclusão, a ser cumprida em regime fechado.<\/p>\n

Após a prisão, o condenado foi conduzido à sede da Delegacia Estadual de Capturas (Decap) e, posteriormente, será encaminhado ao Complexo Prisional de Aparecida de Goiânia\/GO, onde permanecerá à disposição do Poder Judiciário.<\/p>\n
