A Polícia Civil de Goiás, por meio da Central de Flagrantes de Rio Verde – 8ª DRP, prendeu, no último sábado (17), um homem de 33 anos conduzindo veículo automotor com a capacidade psicomotora alterada em razão da influência de álcool.<\/p>\n
O condutor do veículo estacionou em local irregular, em frente à Delegacia de Polícia e, ao desembarcar, os policiais civis notaram os sinais de embriaguez. Ao se aproximar do condutor, a equipe policial notou mais sinais, como olhos avermelhados, fala arrastada e odor etílico.<\/p>\n
Desta forma, o autor realizou o teste do etilômetro que constatou 0,66Mg\/L de álcool expelido pelos pulmões, ou seja, acima do permitido na legislação de trânsito. O autor recebeu voz de prisão pelo crime do artigo 306, caput, da Lei 9.503\/97.<\/p>\n
