A Polícia Civil de Goiás, por meio do Grupo Especial de Investigações Criminais (GEIC) de Goiânia – 1ª DRP, cumpriu, nesta sexta-feira (16), mandados de busca e apreensão em 02 endereços residenciais localizados em Senador Canedo\/GO.<\/p>\n

No curso das investigações, foram deferidas judicialmente as medidas de afastamento do sigilo de dados estáticos armazenados em aparelhos eletrônicos, bem como o afastamento do sigilo bancário dos investigados.<\/p>\n

O procedimento investigatório apura a atuação de dois indivíduos que, em tese, teriam extorquido a vítima após tomarem conhecimento da existência de um relacionamento extraconjugal por ela mantido. Diante disso, a vítima foi coagida a realizar transferências bancárias aos investigados, sob a ameaça de que o referido relacionamento seria revelado à sua esposa. Consta que as transferências realizadas totalizam, aproximadamente, R$ 20 mil.<\/p>\n

Com a deflagração da operação policial, foram apreendidos dispositivos eletrônicos pertencentes aos investigados, os quais serão submetidos à perícia técnica para aprofundamento das investigações.<\/p>\n

A operação contou com o apoio tático do GT3, garantindo a segurança e a efetividade no cumprimento das ordens judiciais.<\/p>\n
