A Polícia Civil de Goiás, por meio do 5° Distrito Policial de Aparecida de Goiânia – 2ª DRP, prendeu em flagrante delito, nesta segunda-feira (5), em Aparecida de Goiânia, um homem de 24 anos pela prática do crime de estelionato virtual em continuidade delitiva.<\/span><\/p>\n

A vítima, proprietária de uma farmácia do município, constatou que havia recebido um comprovante de pagamento falso no valor de R$ 130, referente à aquisição de diversos produtos que já haviam sido entregues no endereço indicado por um suposto cliente.<\/span><\/p>\n

Após diligências investigativas, a equipe policial conseguiu identificar, localizar e prender o suspeito.<\/span><\/p>\n

Em interrogatório, o autor confessou a prática criminosa e relatou que mantinha em seu aparelho celular um comprovante de pagamento previamente salvo, o qual era utilizado como modelo para a fraude, permitindo a alteração de dados como destinatário, data e valor da transação.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante as investigações, verificou-se ainda que o mesmo indivíduo realizou outros 13 pagamentos falsos não identificados, nos meses de novembro, dezembro e janeiro, causando um prejuízo superior a R$ 500 à empresa vítima.<\/span><\/p>\n
