A Polícia Civil de Goiás, por meio do Grupo Especial de Repressão a Narcóticos de Rio Verde – 8ª DRP, prendeu uma mulher, nesta segunda-feira (8), suspeita de manter em depósito e comercializar medicamentos para emagrecimento sem o devido registro no órgão de vigilância sanitária competente. A investigação teve início após denúncias de que os produtos eram ofertados de forma irregular através das redes sociais.<\/p>\n

Os policiais civis realizaram diligências e monitoramento da comercialização, obtendo êxito em apreender 24 cigarros eletrônicos, ampolas de propionato de testosterona, incluindo uma já aberta, diversas seringas e agulhas, além de duas ampolas de medicamentos destinados a emagrecimento, ambos à base de tirzepatida, que estavam armazenadas na geladeira. Destaca-se que os referidos medicamentos não possuem autorização da Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (Anvisa).<\/p>\n

A suspeita foi conduzida à Delegacia de Polícia Civil e autuada pelo crime previsto no artigo 273 do Código Penal, pela conduta de ter em depósito para venda, medicamentos sem registro na Anvisa.<\/p>\n
