A Polícia Civil de Goiás, por meio da 2ª Delegacia de Polícia de Aparecida de Goiânia – 2ª DRP, deu cumprimento a mandado de busca e apreensão domiciliar, deferido pela Justiça, em investigação de furto qualificado. A investigação teve início após a vítima ter esquecido seu cartão bancário em máquina de autoatendimento de uma lotérica na Vila Brasília, em Aparecida de Goiânia.<\/p>\n
Aproveitando-se da situação, os envolvidos realizaram 28 transações fraudulentas em diversos estabelecimentos comerciais (distribuidoras de bebidas, postos de combustível, empórios e lanchonetes), causando prejuízo à vítima.<\/p>\n
Após minuciosa análise de imagens de videomonitoramento dos estabelecimentos onde ocorreram as transações fraudulentas, foi possível identificar um dos autores do crime, residente no Bairro Cardoso, em Aparecida de Goiânia.<\/p>\n
Diante das evidências coletadas e da necessidade de complementação da investigação e busca de provas para embasar futura ação penal, a autoridade policial representou pela busca e apreensão domiciliar, medida que foi deferida pelo Poder Judiciário.<\/p>\n
