A Polícia Civil de Goiás, por meio da Delegacia Estadual de Capturas (Decap), cumpriu, na manhã desta quinta-feira (04), em Aparecida de Goiânia, um mandado de prisão definitivo expedido pela 1ª Vara Criminal da Comarca de Tocantinópolis\/TO.<\/p>\n

A ação resultou na captura de um indivíduo condenado a 15 anos de reclusão pela prática do crime de homicídio qualificado (art. 121, §2º, do Código Penal).<\/p>\n

O preso foi encaminhado à carceragem da especializada, onde permanece custodiado, e será, em breve, transferido para a Central de Triagem do Complexo Prisional de Aparecida de Goiânia\/GO, ficando à disposição do Poder Judiciário.<\/p>\n
