A Polícia Civil de Goiás, por meio da Delegacia Estadual de Repressão a Crimes Contra o Consumidor (Decon,) deflagrou, nesta quarta-feira(26), em ação conjunta com PROCON GOIÁS, mais uma etapa da “OPERAÇÃO OLHO VIVO”.<\/p>\n

A operação tem por objetivo apurar denúncias recebidas pela Decon, as quais delatam propaganda enganosa e más condições de produtos de estabelecimentos comerciais do Estado de Goiás. Dessa vez, foi efetivada inspeção em Posto de Combustíveis na Região Central de Goiânia.<\/p>\n

Durante a ação, verificou-se que a inexistência de informações básicas ao consumidor, como acesso a origem dos combustíveis e outras irregularidades em desacordo com a legislação. <\/span><\/p>\n

Diante dos fatos, o estabelecimento foi cientificado e as medidas administrativas necessárias foram tomadas pelo órgão de fiscalização competente.<\/p>\n

Ao final, foi instaurado procedimento policial a fim de apurar o ônus criminal dos envolvidos, visando a devida responsabilização penal.<\/p>\n
