{"id":153426,"date":"2025-11-05T09:07:11","date_gmt":"2025-11-05T12:07:11","guid":{"rendered":" https:\/\/goias.gov.br\/policiacivil\/?p=153426"},"modified":"2025-11-05T09:07:11","modified_gmt":"2025-11-05T12:07:11","slug":"pcgo-prende-investigados-por-tentar-matar-homem-em-porta-de-distribuidora-de-novo-gama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goias.gov.br\/policiacivil\/pcgo-prende-investigados-por-tentar-matar-homem-em-porta-de-distribuidora-de-novo-gama\/","title":{"rendered":"PCGO prende investigados por tentar matar homem em porta de distribuidora de Novo Gama"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio do Grupo de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Homic\u00eddios (GIH) e Grupo Especial de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (GEIC) de Novo Gama &#8211; 5\u00aa DRP,\u00a0 prendeu preventivamente, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (4), dois homens (de 23 e 39 anos) investigados por tentativa de homic\u00eddio qualificado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O crime ocorreu no dia 5 de abril de 2025, na porta de uma distribuidora localizada em Novo Gama, ocasi\u00e3o em que a v\u00edtima foi agredida com extrema viol\u00eancia e crueldade, motivando a decreta\u00e7\u00e3o das pris\u00f5es preventivas pela justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al\u00e9m das pris\u00f5es, foram cumpridos dois mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o domiciliar nos endere\u00e7os dos investigados. Durante o cumprimento dos mandados na resid\u00eancia do homem de 39 anos, foram localizadas e apreendidas duas espingardas (uma calibre .22 e outra adaptada para o mesmo calibre), cuja posse era irregular. Diante da flagr\u00e2ncia, o homem foi preso tamb\u00e9m por posse ilegal de arma de fogo, ratificando a Autoridade Policial a pris\u00e3o em flagrante, nos termos do artigo 12 da Lei n\u00ba 10.826\/2003.
