{"id":152594,"date":"2025-10-15T09:30:37","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T12:30:37","guid":{"rendered":" https:\/\/goias.gov.br\/policiacivil\/?p=152594"},"modified":"2025-10-15T09:30:37","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T12:30:37","slug":"policia-civil-prende-homem-investigado-por-aplicar-golpes-na-venda-de-imoveis-em-aparecida-de-goiania","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goias.gov.br\/policiacivil\/policia-civil-prende-homem-investigado-por-aplicar-golpes-na-venda-de-imoveis-em-aparecida-de-goiania\/","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00edcia Civil prende homem investigado por aplicar golpes na venda de im\u00f3veis em Aparecida de Goi\u00e2nia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio da 2\u00aa Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Aparecida de Goi\u00e2nia \u2013 2\u00aa DRP, cumpriu nesta quarta-feira (15), um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra um homem investigado por estelionatos, localizado na cidade de Professor Jamil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de um esquema criminoso, no qual o investigado negociava fraudulentamente im\u00f3veis com m\u00faltiplas v\u00edtimas, recebendo valores e bens sem efetivamente transferir a propriedade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em uma das fraudes, o investigado recebeu um ve\u00edculo como pagamento, transferindo-o imediatamente para terceiro de boa-f\u00e9. Posteriormente, negociou o mesmo im\u00f3vel com outra v\u00edtima, causando preju\u00edzos significativos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante as dilig\u00eancias, foi identificado que o investigado possui extensa ficha criminal, com registros por crimes patrimoniais, evidenciando comportamento reiterado e periculosidade social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diante da gravidade dos fatos e do risco de reitera\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, a autoridade policial representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva, medida que foi deferida pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio.
