A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Goi\u00e1s, por meio da Delegacia Especializada no Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Deam) de Trindade – 16\u00aa DRP, deu cumprimento, na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (09), ao mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva, expedido em desfavor de um padrasto, investigado pela pr\u00e1tica do crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel contra sua enteada, de 11 anos.<\/span><\/p>\n

De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o investigado teria abusado sexualmente de sua enteada menor. Conforme apurado, a v\u00edtima foi deixada sob os cuidados do investigado, ocasi\u00e3o em que teria ocorrido o abuso sexual. Em oitiva acompanhada por psic\u00f3loga, a menor relatou que os abusos teriam ocorrido em outras oportunidades anteriores, culminando, no \u00faltimo epis\u00f3dio, com a consuma\u00e7\u00e3o da conjun\u00e7\u00e3o carnal.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante as dilig\u00eancias, a equipe policial constatou que o investigado encontrava-se em local incerto, o que motivou a representa\u00e7\u00e3o da autoridade policial pela decreta\u00e7\u00e3o de sua pris\u00e3o preventiva. O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico manifestou-se favoravelmente ao pedido e a Justi\u00e7a deferiu a medida cautelar.<\/span><\/p>\n

O investigado foi localizado e preso em Goi\u00e2nia. Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o, o homem foi conduzido \u00e0 Deam de Trindade, onde foi apresentado \u00e0 autoridade policial. Conclu\u00eddos os procedimentos legais e feita a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio, o preso foi encaminhado \u00e0 Unidade Prisional de Trindade, onde permanecer\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n
